Designing A Game On Python

Design Brief for Python- As a student I am learning to use Python and Pygames to design a very simple Turtle game. I will learn how to import the turtle games graphics and then programme the turtle to do several interesting activities by creating different variables. I will be using a Python IDLE window to run my games.

Trinket is an amazing resource for people to start learning about designing games with python. It allows you to import a turtle and complete different activity by the designer putting in different codes for each action. If you make a mistake on trinket you can easily reset your script to start again.

Designing and Programming a Game on Scratch.

As a student in the year 9 class I am creating a game using scratch/ Python. My game is created to be challenging and difficult for the player. While designing the game I will use the forever and if/then loop so that I can understand the basics of programming and how games work.

My favourite things at Grey High so far.

My favourite things that I enjoy the most at Grey High are Maths, P.E, Basketball and other sports.

I like Maths because it is a challenge and its really fun. Its also good for your mind and preparing for your future. I believe that maths is one of the most important subjects as it is required in most things later on in life. It is also important because there are millions of different possibility and equations that you can work out. In fact, there are infinite possibility's to challenge your mind.
I can improve in maths by taking everything in and taking notes of my work so I don't forget

P.E is fun because It teaches you about your health, your fitness and how to look after yourself. The games are also really fun and beneficial. They teach you teamwork and taking leadership of your team.
IN basketball you meet lots of new people and you can go away for tournament. You also really improve your skills and techniques.
I can improve by practising, practising and practicing.

Harmful Digital Communications Law

What are the key points to the harmfull digital comnunications law?

The purpose of the act is to deter, prevent and mitigate harm caused by digital communications and provide victims of harmful digital communication

If you’re in need of help because you are being bullied online, tell a official teacher of a registered school. In the old Harmful Digital Communication act only the police could intervene but in the new one teachers can.

Why does this law exist?

This law exists so that people who are being bullied through digital communications can be helped and not lead themselves into the belief that they are worthless. It also exists so that the bullies can stop being bullies and stop them from harming other in the future.

Why is cyber safety important?

Cyber safety is important because if your not cyber safe because if your not you could get into serious trouble and get bullied online.

How do we deal with online bullying if it occurs/ who can help?

If online bullying occurs you can call a cyber bullying help line and you can tell your teacher.
