Main Stars-Book review

Ulysses Moore
By Pierdomenico Baccalario

Ulysses Moore is a series of books.   The series is set in a village of Kilmore Cove, it’s doors of time and three children Jason, Julia and Rick.

The first book Doors of Time is about the doors of time and their keys.  There are several doors of time all around the town and each door has a special key to open it. When a door is opened it takes you to another time and place.
Julia and Jason are 11 year old twins who live at Argo Manor and Rick is there friend.  There is a door of time in Argo Manor which takes travellers to any place they want to go but it needs four keys to open it.  This door leads to a cave where there is a boat called the Metis that takes them to any place they want to visit at any time in history.
Julia, Jason & Rick found the door behind a dresser and solved the way to find all of the keys.  They went through the door and found the Metis and travelled to ancient Egypt where they were looking for a map to find the other doors of time.
Oblivia Newton is a mean and nasty millionaire that wants to control all of the doors and she is also looking for the map and causing problems for the kids.
I shared the book with Mum and I wanted to stay up late and keep reading another chapter as it was so exciting.
You will need to read the book to find out what happens next...
